Human Review Queue
The agent was not confident enough to categorize these. It would rather admit doubt than write something wrong — a miscategorized expense filed with false certainty is one nobody ever looks at again.

Change your password
You stay signed in on this device. Every other device is signed out — that is on purpose: a password you changed is not worth much if the old sessions keep working.
Undo Changes
Every change the agent made to your books can be put back exactly as it was. Undoing is queued, not instant: the agent picks it up on its next run, checks that nobody edited the transaction in the meantime, and only then restores it.

All Transactions
Every uncategorized transaction read from QuickBooks, with the account the agent suggests and how it decided.
Learned Rules
When a bookkeeper re-categorizes a transaction in QuickBooks, the agent learns it. That vendor is then categorized instantly and for free — no AI call, and always the same answer.
| Vendor | Always Categorized As | Times Applied | Last Corrected | Learned From |

Categories In Use
Taken from the client's own chart of accounts. The agent can only ever propose an account that exists here — it cannot invent a category.
